When I search my main keyword of rent to own homes, Yahoo shows me:

HomeRun Homes Rent to Own Homes, Rent to Own, Lease Option, Lease2Buy.com
Using a process called Rent-to-Own to buy your home today. ... Looking For a Rent To Own Home? ... You treat the rent to own home as if it is yours. ...
    www.lease2buy.com - 31k - Cached

    This description is from 2003....!

When I plug HomeRun Homes into yahoo, I get:

HomeRun Homes Rent to Own Homes, Rent to Own, Lease Option, Lease2Buy.com
HomeRun Homes is the Premier Website for rent to own homes, rent to own, rent to ... At HomeRun Homes, we offer prospective tenant/buyers a place to find rent to own ...
    www.lease2buy.com

The second one is the real/current correct description.

    What is going on ?

could be a directory description they are using for you, there is a meta tag that stops SE's from using a directory description in the SERPs, simply put that in and it should stop that.
